A Bit About Me
I have had a long history of working with various GIS technologies to solve operations and maintenance challenges. As a seasoned GIS consultant, I bring expertise in crafting and analyzing RFP requirements, driving project management, and leading implementation efforts. My skillset encompasses solution design and architecture, comprehensive unit and UAT testing, field validation, and hands-on field training. I specialize in delivering insightful spatial analysis to support your geospatial needs.
I started off using Esri GIS tools to solve operations challenges for The Georgia Department of Transportation and CSX Railroad. Here I trained large field crews to use field mobility solutions, ensure data integrity, admin for an AGO org, and monitored system performance.
With over seven years of experience in geospatial solutions for electric utilities, I have held diverse roles including GIS Analyst, Solutions Engineer, and Senior Technical Advisor. As a GIS Analyst, I conducted advanced spatial analysis, developed comprehensive training guides, and delivered train-the-trainer sessions. In my role as a Solutions Engineer, I collaborated with the Director of Industry Solutions to design innovative solutions for electric utilities, DOT, water, community engagement, and sustainability. My approach emphasized detailed documentation, design diagrams, mock-ups, MVP deliverables, pilot projects, and scalable enterprise deployments, iterating to create industry-leading solutions. As a Senior Technical Advisor, I partnered with industry leaders to implement solutions across North American electric utilities, guiding enterprise solution architecture for major IOUs and optimizing GIS and IT technology stacks. My advisory expertise includes drones, image catalogs, GIS database performance, application consolidation, FME, and system integrations.

I deliver end-to-end geospatial solutions that drive operational efficiency and grid reliability. My expertise spans spatial analysis, solution architecture, enterprise GIS deployments, and advanced technologies like AI, drones, and real-time data integration. I’ve led projects from RFP development to field implementation, designed scalable solutions for utilities across North America, and advised IOUs on optimizing GIS and IT ecosystems, including ArcGIS Enterprise, FME, and system integrations. Whether it’s streamlining vegetation management, enhancing asset inspections, or modernizing geodatabases, I partner with utility IT and GIS teams to solve complex challenges and achieve measurable outcomes.
